Install Shops?

Hey not sure if this is the right section, if not I'm sorry.

I'm looking for someone or a shop to help me do a few simple installs. A racing Header and ESMM motor inserts on my RSX Type S.

Tunerworks is super expensive $120 an hour... so would probably charge me quite a bit.
Not sure if theirs any other decent shops around.
