Custom Shirts

I searched for this and found a bit of info, but I'm just wondering on specific spots in calgary or edmonton that can do this. Wordans has an online shirt creator, so I already have a design made. If I have an image of that can other shops make something up based off of it?

The cheapest shirt at wordans is 3 bux, but by the time I add my design its mid 30's and I need 8-10 shirts.

Whats the best way of doing this, if I have a design ready to go, and it doesn't even have to be perfect to what I've come up with?

Possibly the cheapest in town for single production shirts.

So I guess, is 35$ reasonable for a shirt that started at 3$?
