Up for sale is my '86 Jetta Coupe with 278xxx km
Year : 1986
Make and Model : Volkswagen Jetta Coupe
Exterior Color : Blue
Interior Color : Gray cloth - minty!
Auto or Manual? : 5 speed manual
Odometer Reading : 278xxx km
Location of Vehicle : Calgary
THE GOOD:
-German Built
-5 speed manual
-Always garage kept
-Trusty 1.8L 8v runs very well! Always fed 91 octane gas
-Fresh power steering fluid change about 1.5 months ago
-Brand new battery about a 3 months ago
-Will do fresh oil change with Mann filter before sale. (10w40 Castrol GTX for winter)
-Centerforce performance clutch
-Seats are minty with no rips or tears
-Heater heats hot
-Wired for heated seats
-Alpine deck, JL Audio speakers, MTX Amp, MTX Sub, MTX Ported Box
-Tinted tails, shaved badges
-Fog lights
-Oversize cross drilled Passat rotors/calipers up front (GREAT in the snow)
-15x7 American Racing rims wrapped in 195/50R15 all-seasons
THE BAD:
-Will need a new thermostat (Will include a new one, 87°C I think)
-Grounds need to be redone (a $30 fix) (Will cause car to hesitate starting in colder than -25°C, fixing the grounds will fix this issue)
-Fender is a little dented w/ chipped paint on the rear passenger side (fender flares cover it up)
-Shift linkage is a little loose and could use an adjustment
INCLUDED:
-Also comes with brand new aftermarket front BIG bumper ($200 @ C1) and OEM rebar, will need the waffle thing that goes in between from PNP
-8v fender flares
-Two extra 15" all-season tires
-Brand new thermostat
-May have a few other parts lying around that you could take
-Can also include 14" VW alloy rims without the rubber for a little extra (MK3 wheels)
$1500 with deck/amp/sub
$1200 without deck/amp/sub
Not looking to separate any other parts (wheels, interior etc.)
