I have one (1) 2GB stick of DDR3 ram. Got it from NCIX but realized that I needed DDR2 for my build. I'm just lazy to ship it back to return it so I'll try to sell it here. It hasn't been used, I don't have anything that uses DDR3.
Specifics:
Kingston 2GB DDR3-1333 NON-ECC CL9
Bought it for $24 before tax, someone take it off my hands for $20!

Does not include keyboard, mouse, or cables. I can try to find some extra power cables and a VGA cable for the monitor.
