best priced art supply store

there are several art supply stores in the city, but i am looking to find which has the lowest pricing

instead of running around to them each, i thought maybe someone or anyone an art student might know

oh, i'm only looking for local retail hops, not anything online

specific materials i'm looking at copicmarkes, large paper (mayfair, etc), illustration inks and marker
