I just got my issue of the lightning lap and was shocked to see the the WRX faster by 1.3 mph and less lateral grip than the Sti .84 to .89 g. How could that be? But somehow the WRX is still 3 seconds slower than the sti? The evo se they test runs faster than the 2011 Sedan , but it is a twin clutch car vs a standard car. I am surprised more guys dont go WRX then mod it vs going straight to sti if theyre that close.
Both cars in the 3:10 - 3:13 range are AMAZING times when compared to the Jag XFR at 80 k us and the lotus evora ( Both 3:08 ) that is very impressive.
Congrats for the v6 stang too ,althought I was shocked to read about the 114mph governer. It beat last years GT mustang time by .8 seconds which is very impressive to me.
I hope next year the LL5 class has more than two entries. Its awsome to read the LL1 and LL2 as they are real world cars for most of us, but could have used more LL5 class cars to dream about.
