Looking for a starter for a 2012 Mini Countryman, it is a manual transmission so that might make it trickier. Any respectable brand starter with a decent range 2-way remote and door locks.

I just did my starter with them. Everything works like it should
but I'm really hating the 'ready' mode for manual cars ! it's annoying to have to re-start your car if you have to re-open the door. Also, you have to run to the opposite side back seat door to open it before it locks on you, or else you have to restart your car !

Yeah, unfortunately authorized dealers like myself have to install the ready mode function for manual trans cars. Too many times I have seen backyard mechanics install starters set to auto trans on manual trans cars and the owner leaves the car in gear. Then the car drives forward when they remote start. Haha

I believe we can program the auto lock to delay by 10 seconds if that would be more convenient for you to grab your things from the back seats.
