Pre Sale Inspection

I don't want any surprises, so I'm going to get my car inspected before I hand it over. I've booked with Tunedub in Calgary, but they can't get at it till next week. Any other recommendations for someone to do the inspection before then? I'd like a couple of days in case there is something wrong that I don't know about.

I did search, but didn't find anything on it.

I know a mechanic who will inspect it for cheap. If you are interested txt me Jim. He is certified and does good work.

Mid Town Service specializes in German cars and is just down the road from Tunedub. Another place is Bert and Jack's in downtown. From my experiences with them, they seem to be quite knowledgeable in VW TDI's. The dealerships (SC and Fifth Auto) would probably work too.
