WTB: 225/40/18 set of tires

i'm looking for a set of tires for my summer rims, either 225/40/18's will do, or slightly larger with 235 and possibly 245.

let me know what you have, looking for sport-type tires, not all seasons.

the tires MUST be evenly worn, they are going on an AWD vehicle!.
