Electrician recommendation?

Does anyone have any recommendations for an electrician who can give a written estimate on pulling some cable?

I need a few more cables run from my satellite to the basement panel, but the telecom says they don't do it themselves. However, they'll reimburse me if I provide a written estimate first.

Well I still need to call someone, and if not an electrician, who? If you've got suggestions on anyone who could do it, I'm happy to listen.
