Ok, so my car was just sitting idle and all of a sudden the heater started blowing cold air and the temp gauge was ready hot.....Just all of a sudden. Get out and check and there is a puddle of coolant on the ground, So I made it home let it cool down and go to put more in and even not running you can hear it pretty much gushing out just as fast as you put it in.

Any ideas on what this could be ? :/

Could be any coolant line in there, but depending on how many KM on it, it could be your water pump. Water pumps have a weep hole in them, that when they go, they drip out of the hole.

Best advice i can give, is start trying to pinpoint where it came from.

Sure sounds like a water pump to me (change the Thermostat too when the pump is changed.

It should not be very difficult to locate a large leak like that. Just see where it is coming out of, and replace it.

i bet its water pump.

01 ranger did that. I checked everything before figuring out there was a small leak in weep hole. easy fix IMO
