Definitely leaning more towards the BMW. But the Audi has 4 doors which is more practical... but the BMW is pretty damn sexy.
I like sedans better and I would still buy the bmw:dunno:

I like the audi more, but the bmw has far less mileage and coems with two sets of wheels, so that is likely the better choice.

I would take the BMW.
I think the big question is - do you want AWD?

If your set on AWD and 4 doors look at the Subaru Legacy GT as well.

I'd go audi, but that's probably because I hate that gen of BMW. I'd wait around a bit and buy a little better priced Audi though.

Get the Audi if you like repairs.

BMW as well.
1.8T auto with Awd is pretty weak.

BMW, not much better then Audi in terms of reliability, but at least you can work on it yourself a lot more then you potentially would with the Audi.

Decided against both. The cheap indian in me just can't afford to repair either of those cars. Going to go with an Acura or Honda.

I like that 325ci (Sports Package), You can get a TL for that money too, something for your consideration.

If it's an auto save up for a transmission.
1+ against a used 1.8T audi. if they aren't maintained from day 1 it will cost you a fortune.

Such different story than last time no? Weren't you going on about how reliable they were/yours was?

I've owned mine since new.... different story. Same goes for the passat.
I have helped fix a lot of friends VW/Audi's and majority of the problems I came across were due to neglect. They aren't perfect but these cars last a long long time if you do the simple things recommended (ie. fluid flushes, lubricating moving components like wiper linkage etc.)
Unless you really know what to look for to see if they've been maintained properly or not I wouldn't touch a 1.8T.
