Plans for custom hockey dressing room lockers

Has anyone built any custom hockey lockers/benches in their houses or garages?

I'm thinking of building a pair of the pro-style dressing room lockers/benches in my basement. One for my player gear, one for my goalie gear. I'm hoping to integrate this into my basement development as a way to store/dry equipment, but still have it look cool.

I have a pretty decent design idea in my mind, but wondering if anyone has done this, or if anyone has a better plan.

Sounds very cool, but do you think the basement is the right place for this? Having your super ripe gear smelling up a whole room.
