My single parent mother has been renting in Calgary for years and years. The problem she has in buying a home is no down payment and living on one income. I would love to get her and my 15year old brother in a small home before the new mortgage rules kicks in.

The catch is, when my boyfriend and I bought our small townhome, he had co-signed for his brother 400,000 home that we couldn't get his name off of. My mom had to help co-sign for us to get approved.

I'm looking for a mortgage broker that can help with her situation. Please PM me if there is anyone you can recommend. Thanks in advance!
