We had it listed most of the Summer.. took it down over Christmas and put it back up two weeks ago!

I likely just missed the area on my search parameters.

Wondered what happened there, saw it on the MLS last summer, then this thread just popped up. Thought someone bought it and were selling again already.

My Wife and I are extremely busy during the months of Nov-Jan, and having a dog made tours extremely tough during the winter months. We were going to hold off even longer until the change in the mortgage rules recently caused a bit of a frenzy.
