I believe Rick Bell calls him "Bronco with a beard". I voted against him. He won by a small margin, again. I am a believer that Ward2 was redrawn to not include Edgemont because it was well known that Edgemont was extremely dissatisfied with him. So it was done to help him get reelected.

He's also on the Enmax board. :)
