ATI 4870X2 2GB with Acrtic Acelerro XTREME cooling for silent operation.

Perfect for high-res gaming, such as 1920x1080, and runs amazingly cool and quiet with the aftermarket cooler that is worth $90 alone. Ideal for those that don't have Crossfire/SLI motherboard or are limited to 16x+2/4x linked bandwidth.

Requires 2x6pin PCI-E power and PCI-E slot + 2 more below it.

Compatible with CrossfireX and I can include an extended Crossfire bridge.

New Price: $150 or toss me an offer.

Do you have the stock cooler as well?

would this out perform a 5770?

i'm assuming you still have to enable Xfire in catalyst tho?

interested as a backup gpu but doesn't support DX11 does it?

I do not have the stock cooler, but I have seen both how loud and how hot the card runs with a stock cooler. Load temperatures with this aftermarket cooler are in the 60's as oppose to 90's, and I cannot hear when the fans ramp up during GPU load.

A 5770 performs at about the same level as a single 4870, and with Catalyst AI set to Standard/High, this 4870X2 will out FPS either of those with double the performance.

It supports up to DX10.1 which has lots of eye candy. You'll need two 6950/6970 or 560/570 for DX11 to get the smoothness that this card offers with DX10.

Bad Company 2 averages 120FPS with my quad core and 4870X2 @ 1920x1080 and hq settings.

I'm still a bit confused about this card. Is this exactly the same as running two HD4870's?

I have an HD4870 right now, can I run it in xfire/sli with this card? Thanks

It is exactly the same as running two 4870 1GB cards; here's the pcb layout

This card will crossfire with another 4870 or 4870X2; I have done it myself.
