Dent / paint repair shops?

I have a few small dents and dings on my integra, wanting to get it fixed at a reasonable price but I have yet to find a good place.

There's one spot by the dent where the paint came off, looking to get that painted also.

does anyone have any recommendations of cheap but good places?
Also does any shop do just touch ups paints? My front bumper is a bit scratched up!

For paintless dent repair, do a search for the guy " TomcoPDR"
hes a sponser on here as well, and does amazing PDR work.

For body work, I'd recommend another sponser, this time being Screamin' Paintworks. They do incredible work for a decent cost.
