This is a no commitment thing, I just want to see what my house would realistically sell for. I want to make it clear, I am NOT looking to sell, nor do I want to buy another house.

All I am looking for is a market evaluation.

I know back in the day my dad used to to them all the time for free and litter entire neighbourhoods with his little voucher for a "complimentary market analysis".

Just wondering if the realtors on Beyond could do me the favor?

Ditto, my inlaws could use this as well. They already got one, and he said because 2 neighborhood houses sold for less than $300g, they won't get over that.

One was a grow-op house, and the other 700sq.ft and in complete disrepair :facepalm:

its called a cma, lots of realtors will do them for free to get your business.
