They're pretty damn pricey IMO.

I personally think that if you are on a budget, you could prowler a free 200-400lb truck tire from Kaltire.

If there isn't enough resistance, get a heavier tire, or load up the inside of the wheel with some weights. You can also sledgehammer it for some exercise.

They're underrated...especially since they're free.

You can also flip them. The only negative is that they will take up tonnes of space however. If you don't want it anymore, bring it back to a tire shop for recycling.

See with the tire you can only pull tho, money is tight but I will be training people starting June so it will be an investment. From what iI heard it is one of the exercises available has anyone used one?
