She was clearly having a stroke...

You could also tell by her face that she knew something was very wrong.

Hmm interesting.

I know Fox was insisting that she was drunk, while it was stated that she was having a stroke.

With searching though, it seems as most sources are saying it was a stroke, with that being the only one that states she didn't. It is possible for people to have small strokes and be completely fine afterwards.
