So i just got a car and the passenger seat belt has been cut and almost severed where could i go to get it repaired?

well i was thinking more along the lines of the same way they stitch the seatbelt from the factory if that is even possible to do. if not then yeah I would just replace it.

i dont imagine anyone would perform a seatbelt repair, you will likely have to replace

Good thing all seatbelts have a mandatory lifetime warranty. Take it to the dealership for your free replacement.

This may just be due to defects/or wear and tear. By the sounds of it the belt was cut. Its worth a shot tho! :burnout:

Go to pick n pull and find a 240SX, they should be the same. Grab the whole assembly

Plenty of importers will get you genuine JDM seatbelts for that vehicle, just ask. Check with engine importers too, if they sell front clips they probably have some belts laying around.

Repairs are a no on seatbelts.

thanks I didnt know if stitching was legal/safe I know now that it isn't

but yeah nobody is sitting in the passenger seat till its fixed.
