well its a new vehicle and in general new vehicles are quite safe. You have a lot of structural integrity due to it being a large truck. Downside might be roll overs, but thats more common in SUV's rather than trucks.

Common misconception. The real advantage trucks have in crashes are in multi car collisions with smaller vehicles in which they have a decided advantage due to their weight... Most trucks actually score quite poorly in offset crash tests. And no, not all new vehciles are safe, most new small pickups, small domestics (not focus) and korean cars still score poorly in crash tests.

There has been no testing done on the Titan for safety as of yet.

I saw the commercial for that thing the other day, go for it dude that thing kicks ass. Maybe it's not as good as the Xterra but it's still pretty sweet.

new Titan looks really nice....saw one on the road yesterday, a real classy looking truck.

Best of luck with your purchase if you do choose to buy a Titan

Structurally stronger than most cars. You are wrong about that. As for crash testing...... i have no argument there. they dont perform as well as a focus for example, but they are also pushing a lot mor weight as you yourself meantioned.

that is all.

Where did I say trucks aren't strong? Its a common misconception that just cause something is big and strong it is safe. If you drove a gigantic chunk of iron with a small hole drilled in it for a cab it would be extremely structurally rigid, but be horribly unsafe as it would not have crumple zones to absorb the impact.
