Best Leases?

Who's got the best leases right now? I'm looking for something with a low payment for 24-36 months. The payment is actually going to be more important than the vehicle in this search.

So far the Civic sedan, Matrix, Impreza 5 Dr., and Jetta have been ones I have been looking at, but I am in no way opposed to any other makes (as long as the payment is dirt cheap). A small SUV would be great if the payment was ~$300, I have seen the add for the Tiguan popping up on beyond for $329 a month but I can't access their website on my iPad...

$300 or less is where I would like to be for a max of 36 months. Anyone with first hand experience out there?

Most ads you see will show the lowest payment possible. For example, a model with the least amount of options, not including freight/ PDI, dealer fees (admin, air tax, tire tax), usually with a couple thousand down and tax on your payment. I wouldnt hurt to make a trip in to a dealer and get some hard figures.
