Compustar Problems

cant set auto start..
manual trans. compustar 2 way alarm n starter 2W8000FMR

when i try and set the auto start i have the e brake pulled and key out and when i close the door the car dosent shut off and doors wont lock and car stays on.

when i lock it it shows on the remote the the door is open.
but while car is started/driving the indicator on the dash for the doors open dosent light up so i know the i door sensors work fine.

anyone have any ideas?? do i need a new compustar system??

is your dome light set to off ?

looks like your door switch sensor wire to the computar isn't hooked up

alarm doesn't know the the door is close and wont shut off your vehicle

Check wiring on your compustar to see if the door trigger wire is working. Wire color is red with white tracer on the compustar brain.

Didn't wanna make a new thread but I'm having issues with the volume level on my remote (Compustar 2W9000FMR). I have to hold it to my ear to be able to hear the little tune it makes when it's engaged for remote start. Any ideas on what's going on?

Definitely a connection issue somewhere I would check to make sure your door pin is working first, then make sure the compustar is connected, Its a red white on the compustar and its black white on the newer preludes above the gas pedal.

Change your battery, if that doesnt work you need a new remote
