Anywhere local that can test spring rates?

Unfortunately stance doesn't label their springs for their coilovers. When I ordered a set of coils I asked for 9K/7K(for my S13) to be installed but for some reason they don't feel right. Anyone know of a local shop that does spring rate testing?
