Source Snowboards - Permanent warehouse location?

Does anyone know if the Source Snowboards on 14th street and 12th Ave where they held their big sale last year is an actual store? It doesn't say so on their website, but someone told me its a permanent warehouse location for their old stock. Anyone know for sure? I'm thinking of heading there today.

I don't think so, I was driving by there the other day and it looked pretty empty, but I could be wrong.

I was in there last week, they do have a bunch of stuff in there but it's pretty picked over. Not a lot of selection but if you can find something you need you should be able to save a bit of money. I didn't find the deals all that great though to be honest.
