Help with Autostart.... cant shut off?

Never have quite figured this out. I have an AS-1755.

So I have read it through, maybe I am just blind but is there no way to shut my truck off after I have started it with this badboy?

Lets say I start my truck at work, figure out I have 10 more minutes of work to do but I have already started it. So far the only thing I can do is let it run until it shuts off or go out and hit the brake pedal. On my old systems you just hit the starter button and it shut off. Wondering if this one wasnt mean to stop the vehicle at all.

2 taps of the start button should kill it after being remotestarted

Hmm ill give it a shot. The reason why I think there has to be a way is because of the 'lights flashing' chart. It says.


2 slow • Shutdown by remote


edit: figured it out. Hit start and lock at the same time and it shuts off. Found it by mistake when I was trying to turn the LED flasher off.
