I feel like such a stupid fuck. It's actually the first time in my life I locked the keys in a car but doesn't make me feel any better. Anyway I almost had the lock with a coat hanger and the window just shatters. Needless to say I need a window and sooner rather than later in this weather. Do glass shops do this quick or do I have to go to a dealer? I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff.

You should be able to get it from any glass store who replace windsheilds

:/ never heard windows shattering that easy, especially drivers/pass windows, i remember when i got into a rollover it took me a good 6 kicks to smash my window out and im a pretty big guy,

but +1 for any glass store, should be a quick fix.

If you want to save a few bucks then i'd try calling Machester or Western. They have lots of newer vehicles in stock.

if you just want something cheap then try Mr. Windshield on edmonton trail

otherwise any of the major windshield replacement places should be able to do it same day (cal-alta, speedy glass, etc.)

1999 Ram full size.

Thanks for the responses guys. I figured that it shouldn't be too difficult to have a shop do this just sucks that a fucking coat hanger of all things would shatter a window and I was just hooking on to the latch when it shattered.:banghead:

This. Most bodyshops can do it for you.

Try Economy Auto Glass on 17 ave. I had my side glass replaced in my work truck literally 45 minutes after I discovered it broken in to and only cost $120 installed.
