Every person is about to flame you about how stupid it is to get HIDs so you're going to have to ignore them. There's a few guys on kijiji that do it, they carge anywhere from $80-$140 including install.

There's a semi recent thread about this I'll pull up for you.

EDIT: can't find the exact thread but this is the guy who sold me and installed mine:

Who doesn't? The people that actually cares about other drivers' safety? The people that don't want to blind other drivers?

I think you should do some research at how they work, and how it make things 'million times brighter', and how to make them 'more safe than standard head lamps'.

EDIT: Though I just noticed he said '06 Lancer and probably doesn't know any better. Haha.

Thats dumb, if anything its just as dangerous for the driver to drive with crappy stock headlights that barely provide enough light than him using HIDs.

ooooo u so funny ha ha. Whats wrong with a 2006 Ralli Art? 2.4L engine, 163 ft/lbs of torque, no need to downshift when passing someone, and 10 years on the powertrain! yeaaaaaa muffffinns

No, all HID's are not put in to old halogen housings. Well.. they shouldn't be anyway. Can I not get projectors for my car?

Sensitive much? Neither statement was directed to you and the 2nd one had nothing to do with anything but the fact that you have reflective housings.
