Hey guys,

just wondering how your workouts are going. Mine are going well, i am just in a bulking phase right now (no mass gainers, just lots of food calories [4000/day to be exact])

so far my gains are:

size: Jan 31 - Mar 1

in inches

Chest: 40 to 41

Waist: 36 to 37

Hip: 40 to 40.5

Right thigh: 22.5 to 23

Left thigh: 23 to 23.5

right arm/left arm relaxed: 13.5 to 14

right arm/left arm flexed: 14 to 15

right calf: 14.25 to 15

left calf: 14.5 to 15

forearm: 11 to 11.5


Weight gains: Feb 11 to march 1

in pounds

Weight: 186.2 to 195.8

Fat mass: 37.01 to 39.01

Fat free mass: 149.21 to 156.8


ill be posting my gains up monthly, maybe some photos to follow don't know. Hope to see your gains to motivate me to go even further. I'm looking at cutting at 220lbs.

Ehhh.... I used to care about how I looked. Now I just care about how much I can lift.

Post pictures of before and after.
How are you calculating body fat?
How is your diet? If it is not amazing see my next point...
Unless you are on vitamin S I highly doubt you put 7.59lbs of lean muscle mass in under a month unless you just started lifting weights.
When do you plan to reach 220lbs?
