^i agree, also we probably dload more pirated shows/movies/games because we dont have American type paranoia laws.

and thats also probably why we get shafted for mobile data and BS ISP prices cause they know we <3 the interwebs

In reality, lots of people in Canada do not even get their advertised rate, so I'd say that there is slim to no difference in the average internet speed. Having said that, we can probably purchase faster stuff that you guys can't. :dunno:
