I'm looking for someone to sublet my bright 1 bedroom apartment in SE Calgary in Applewood Area.
Situated in a nice quiet corner of the city, block from Stoney Trail. Short walk to the Eliston Park. Pet friendly apartment complex.
Has your own washer and dryer in the unit. Surface/underground parking available. Rent includes heat and water.
Also has Dish Washer, Fridge, Stove, balcony overlooking an open field. In bus route (#305) .
Telus high speed internet and Telus TV available for $35 for the next 12 months.
Unit will be available from March 22, you can keep my damage deposit so you can move right in. Lease ends in June 2011 at which point you can either extend it or walk away from it.
