Need opinion on oil by turbo - Pics included..

Ok so I took off my Diverter Valve on my Jetta, which was torn btw, but I also found a bunch of oil by the lines, and turbo, as well as inside the Diverter Valve...is this normal?? Seems to be leaking from a oil line running by the turbo, but why is there oil in the Diverter Valve??

PIcs below show before and after the removal of the DV to show the oil...am I making this out to be worse than it is?? Should i just replace the DV and be done with the boost leak, or start replacing lines??

There is no other oil I can see besides near and on the turbo..

It is very common to have "blow by" in turbocharged engines, but I have never seen oil in a DV. I would check your lines and see where it is comming from.

We took it apart and oil was not in turbo housing but all over the DV.. Like the gasket had leaked out through... I thought that it leaked enough to cause the DV to fail... Still need to find out where the oil is leaking from.. Pretty tight down there..
