After watching a few more music videos from Ark Music Factory, I'm starting to figure it out. As a company, they go after the rich urban parents that want to give their daughters their dream of being a singer on television so they pump maybe $20,000 into their kid's dream and make it happen. The kids think it's going to be awesome because they don't realize the music they're listening to on the radio is complete trash and haven't yet been exposed to real music.

So I blame the producers. They should have known better than to write this garbage and deceive parents that this is actually going to be a good idea. It seems like they put no effort into the production value.

Ya, for making money. I wouldn't sell out my clients for any amount of money, I've worked for people for free before because of a missed deadline or they were unsatisfied for some other reason. Pleasing my client base and delivering what they need is my top priority, getting money for it is second.

When they cut the song and were handing it over to the parents whom paid for it, they knew it was total shit. They should have gone back into the studio to recut it instead of just being lazy and handing over a shitty result.

One more note, after watching the girl's video response, I got a lot of respect for her. She's not mad at all, she stood up for herself and explained everything and even joked about a lot of it. Seems like a really nice kid, I'm proud of her.
