Tigerdirect shipping fail...

l purchased a Low Profile Bracket Kit from tigerdirect.ca and it came today, l opened the UPS box and there was the bracket kit box as advertised but when l opened the bracket kit box, it just have the manual, no brackets, beyonders please help me as to how to combat this situation, any advice would be welcome.
