another insurance question...

my little bro just got his license, hes 18, never had insurance before and is looking to get some. hes got a 1994 dodge shadow, gonna use it for his primary mode of transport. im thinking he will pay somewhere around 250 a month for insurance, can anyone confirm if i am close to that number or way off?

before you say call insurance, its sunday and i thought id get a quick thought from someone here first. thanks.

Edit: Wait a minute, your reponse was a little awkward. Does he or does he not have DT? The $138 is with DT. It's $151 without.
