The price is firm $9500 given the condition of the car (still under factory warranty until 2012), low mileage, options, and a separate set of Continental winter tires and spoke aluminum rims (the winter tires and rims were purchased in January of 2010 for $853.)

No it's not the same. That guy stole my pictures from my kijiji ad (http://calgary.kijiji.ca/c-cars-vehicles-cars-trucks-SWAP-SELL-2008-Smart-Fortwo-Passion-Coupe-winter-tires-rims-W0QQAdIdZ269267102). He even first stole the text from my ad and I called him to confront him about the pictures. Then he changed the text but kept some of the photos. I already told Kijiji to remove the images he stole.
