I know this is a bit of a long shot but I am looking for #II. I have 1 which has helped me with locks and technique but I want 2 as I think it would be super helpful.
If anyone has it or knows where to get one please let me know. So far best I have found is $99.95 out of Korea and ~$170 in shipping. Amazon and Chapters doesnt have it.
Will also take it in Electronic or PDF form if someone finds it. Havent been able to find it in that either.
