Sensory Deprivation/Isolation Tank

Does anyone have any experience with this? How was it? I've always wondered how these things are, how they work and what kinds of experiences people have. And out of curiosity, I'm looking to try one out.

Is there any place in Calgary that offers tank rentals/use?
