Description : Car will be safetied by St. James Audi early April. New rear sway bar links and high pressure hose for the power steering. Will also be changing both front cv boots. Car is ready to be bought and driven, not serviced!
I've owned this car for two years. It has 160,000km which of those, about 30,000 are from me. The previous owner gave it an APR 91 octane tune, APR turbo inlet pipe, APR R1 diverter valve and K&N air filter spring 2008. He also added a nicely installed boost gauge in a heating vent.
Fall 2008 he had to replace the clutch so in went a SouthBend Stg2 clutch and 19 pound single mass flywheel. The clutch literally only has 35000km on it. I must say, the setup is amazing and power to the ground is well improved over the stock setup. This thing flat out flies!
I took care of the timing belt, water pump, serpentine belt, all that serviceable maintenance stuff, right at 128,000km when I brought it in from the US. It has had proper maintenance, fully synthetic oil and good oil filter regularly according to the maintenance interval as specified by the car. I also threw on Dieselgeek's Panzer plate to protect the car's underside from Winnipeg's road.
This car spent 3 years before I bought it in Minnesota and the rest of its life in Florida. There is NO rust and it comes with 18" Audi ALMS wheels with 2 season old Falken RT615 for summer and 18" Enkei ZR-1 with 1 season old Dunlop M3 Wintersport tires for winter. I installed an Alpine CDA-9886 cd/usb/ipod deck with the extra Alpine bluetooth module for handsfree calling.
I also have the original Audi roof rack with ski/snowboard attachment as well as 2 bike attachment. This item is RARE and can be negotiated into the price. These racks go for over $600 before shipping IF you can find one. I've brought this car to Banff and back just last Christmas, this is the testament to how reliable I felt this car is. It has been problem free, GREAT on gas (600+ km per tank in city), and a blast to drive.
