Can someone explain to me why girls wear thongs/G-strings to the gym? Isn't that uncomfortable?

Not that I care, of course. How else will you keep the panty line out of those lulu lemons? haha

For the boxer brief guys, you gotta try Saxx. Saxx was a company on the dragons den but despite not landing a deal they did show an update episode of how successful the company is.

They have a patented side panel design which might seem odd at first but is absolutely brilliant. Just giving a shout out for a great product.

Yes these things are awesome, the pouch keeps the junk out off the legs like a pushup bra for women and keeping them seperate helps prevent rubbing and ball sweat.

Boxer Briefs. Most of them are Hilfiger as we have a family friend manage the x-iron store. Family gets 70-80% off in store once a year when they have their huge sale so I just buy a ton of shit then.

To answer your question OP, I find boxer briefs to be the most comfortable. Boxers are too loose sometimes and briefs are too tight.

Fair enough. I guess it's not like you can get a wedgie from it or anything haha, too late for that!

------------------------------------------------

On topic though - boxer briefs for me, the Prodige Costco 3-pack kind that everyone seems to have. I just don't care that much about underwear to buy anything more expensive. Saxx are great but $30/pair is too much for guys' underwear IMO.

I used to wear the baggier regular boxers, and after sleeping in them or walking around all day in them, they end up turning into a thong so I stopped wearing them lol.

We sell these at my work and it's crazy how fast we sell out of them. Some people will come in and be unsure about buying a pair, and than you see them a week later buying 5 pairs.

I bought some boxer briefs awhile back to try them out. I said the same thing, "Damn, this IS comfy." Until I went outside in the Summer heat and ran around for a bit and got super sweaty and they started riding up on me.

Where can I buy these Saxx? Really the boxer brief issue for me comes down to the restriction of my junk. I want to try a pair.

I picked up my first few pairs on line, then a local skate shop Farside started carrying them, now I am buying 5 or so at a time and just order on line since Farside seems to sell out really quick and if they do have the ones I want they are only a couple pairs.

I suggest the Pro Elite version made from a moisture wicking material. Basically think underarmour or nike dryfit for your balls. the Ultra is nice and made of bamboo fibres, but doesnt hold up as long as the Pro Elite imo.

If boxer briefs are riding up your legs they don't fit you properly and are probably too big.

The reason I switched to BB's from regular boxers is because with the baggy regular boxers, when you put on pants they bunch right up and by the end of the day you're wearing a thong. That never happens with BB's.

I think I'm going to have to buy one pair of Saxx though, just to try them out.

I only wear BB. Anything else rides up into my ass and gives me the terrible sensation of rocking a man thong. Trusty M joe boxers never fail me for all purpose use. When i go out i wear either Diesel or Hugo Boss which are slightly less comfy but rewarding in other areas.

I took a couple pairs of those to Europe with me and was pretty impressed. You just take some travel detergent with you and wash them in the sink, go to bed, wake up and they're dry. Great for if you don't want to carry around a tonne of underwear, and laundry facilities aren't always close by.

+1, my undercover brother.

If I had my way, I would never wear pants or underwear, but since that doesn't fit the dress code of my job, or my favorite restaurant, I run cotton boxers. I am a bit particular about them. only the Jockey "sport knit boxer" will do for me, which is somewhat hard to find. Last time I tried a different style was fifteen years ago.

I have these Hugo Boss ones as well. They don't hold up very well to regular washing and dryer. Also, the stitching in the middle around the inner thigh area chafes me, so I greatly dislike these for their price.

Decided to try out both to compare.

Saxx: Good fit all around, comfortable material, no riding, independent yet supportive. Perfect length.

MyPackage: Not quite as comfortable as Saxx since the pouch protrudes outwards more resulting in diminished support; probably preferable for boxer fans. They are longer in the thigh as well so better for workouts as they won't ride at all.

For daily use I find MyPackage a bit too long. Pants off, the shorter cut of the Saxx looks better (preference). Comfort wise, I find the Saxx pouch a lot more comfortable.

How have they held up after washes? Which ones do you have?

I tried finding some saxx and even on their website the selection of sizes is brutal and I find the same thing on other websites. Are these guys going out of business or something?

And I think the word you're looking for is 'wicking'. Whisking is...

I have never paid $62 for a t shirt.

Their underwear is $24 or $50 depending on what you buy. Shit yea that's expensive, but SO worth it. They'll last you a long time depending on how you wear them.

PS - I have six t-shirts from Lulu that I paid around $40 for (each). They've never shrunk/lost their shape and I've had some of them for three years now.
