Whats that program called to assist with formatting?

I did a search on here but couldnt find what I was looking for...

There was a program or a website that was talked about on here a while ago that links you up to all the websites or programs that people need when they reformat a computer.

It essentially made it really really easy for a person to reformat and gather all the new updated programs that they usually use.

What is it again??
