Meh, bad acting IMO compared to all of the recent shows that have been out (chicago code for instance). The main detective lady also looks like she is 16 :nut: And her partner thing is irritating as hell... and they stretch scenes out too long.

I think some of the writing was creative and the dark mood added to the appeal, but overall the show was too slow. I might give it another episode or two, but not super impressed so far. It's not in the same category as Breaking Bad, Mad Men, or The Walking Dead.

It's always hit or miss with new shows/pilots. Shot here in Van I have to watch it to stay current with show style, story etc so I am betting the show will ramp up. Stuff coming out of Vancouver is getting much better. Some of my friends did a great job on the pilot, acting-wise.

Yeah definitely not as good as Breaking Bad or Walking Dead. I think they should have cast someone else as the female lead. I may continue to watch since there is nothing on tv going into the summer.
