stupid green letters on LG laptop

hey guys, this turned on by itself and wont go off. i always get the green letters by accident and unless i open a new window i cant fucking get rid of it. how do i get them off?

check the keyboard settings and make sure its only usa.

ok, on a laptop say on the ? button, there are different symbols. for some reason instead of the ? symbol, im getting those symbols....get it?

Hit control and then shift to change the keyboard back to USA english.
