My friend sent me a text this morning asking me if I knew a structural engineer that could sign off on his basement renos. He's going to be cutting the concrete foundation and adding two windows.
Is there a p eng on the forum who would be Interested or can recommend anyone? I don't know many outside of firms who would be willing to do this for a price. TIA
