Remember playing this back in the day on PS1 with the OG MP sitting next to your buddy with the split screen, now think about playing 16-player online mp , revival of the series is coming this October 4th 2011. Huge levels and awesome ridiculous MadMax vehicles just like it used to be, Dollface, Mr Grimm, Calypso all back in this one. only for PS3 naturally.

I don't know how I feel about any character in any vehicle.... thats kind of what made them special, they all had their own persona and their own story about why they have the vehicle they do.


Just think..... a character like spectre in sweet tooth's ice cream truck? I guess it's okay for multiplayer though.

I think this is the funnest game I have played on PS3. Connection issues are annoying but once your in a game it's great.

What do you mean by alternate? Headset is not really needed. I find it's hard to understand people on PSN.

There is supposedly a better one but it is more money and would have to be ordered online only from another country don't remember where. I can't stand the controller, especially playing driving games.

I've tried those Xbox 360 style controllers. They suck because you can't switch R1/R2 so it's useless. I even tried this one from the UK because it allows it.

The feel wasn't good and wireless didn't work properly.

So I can use the actual controller. It has to be a wired controller but that's what I use anyway.

For this game though I don't think you need it. I was just using the PS controller.

Dang, I might still give it a try as it is the only one available locally. I don't have a wired controller so that would be pricey to do. Can't stand the ps controllers, would probably play ps3 more with an xbox controller, sticks are too loose and with big hands it is awkward to control the left stick in GT5.

Cool, there are some sweet ones people made. Stupid EB didn't give me the bonus Axel vehicle code. I thought you could unlock it just by playing but I don't see it in the rewards menu.

So I've been playing this game over the weekend and I have a few serious gripes with it...
First, why can't you play against bots in anything over 2 player split screen? That's stupid
Second, why can't you adjust the difficulty of the bots when you play 2 player split screen? Even more stupid.
