End of the day, fat is easy to lose but muscle is a lot harder to build.
This guy can squat and deadlift 600lbs. How did he lose the fat? He just got sick and was on vacation. haha
Show anyone the first picture and everyone would be like ewww, another fat strong guy. Show the second picture, because his abs show, so much more street cred haha
