End of the day, fat is easy to lose but muscle is a lot harder to build.

This guy can squat and deadlift 600lbs. How did he lose the fat? He just got sick and was on vacation. haha

Show anyone the first picture and everyone would be like ewww, another fat strong guy. Show the second picture, because his abs show, so much more street cred haha

I just thought it was kind of funny.

thats lighting, a tan, and pushing his stomach out (look at his love handles on the side-doesn't really have any in either pic)

but i do agree with you....ive seen some of my bulky lifting buddies come down with a month long sickness (mono) and come out on the other end ripped.

Yeah he's got mad bloat in the first pic, a powerlifters best friend.

Good leanness in the second pic no doubt. A true 10%.

Now he's primed to bulk :D

yea my brother came down with mono a few months ago, dropped 10 pounds in the first week, but had to go to the hospital and sit on IVs for most of that because he was puking so much he couldn't even hold water down.
