LF: Flat fee MLS listing agent/service

I'm selling a property in Alberta and looking to get it on MLS. I am considering one of the flat-fee listing services/agents. Has anyone had experience with these, and can anyone recommend one in particular?

This is for a property in Red Deer, not Calgary, though I am guessing that doesn't matter.
