Can anyone help me out with this form??? I just received it in the mail and i only have a vague idea on what its for. I purchased some shares from this company a few months back and i THINK its saying i have some capital loses on it but i cant fine anything on uFile to enter this crap into. From what i can find on Google this looks to be for Americans, do i still need this.
